Step-by-step process
The secure order form is the first page you will see after you
click on
an order link
from anywhere in the website. Whatever you do on this
page will not be seen by anyone but you and there's nothing you can do
there that's permanent. Follow the instructions, fill in the blanks and
click the "View Order" button.
When you "View Order", your information will be encrypted and
transmitted to our secure server (SSL).
At that point no information will be saved.
The information will be read by our program that will check it
for errors and write a new page that is sent back to your browser.
The new page will tell you exactly what you ordered and exactly what we
will charge to your credit card. It will also repeat back all the
shipping information you provided. At that point, if you want to
change something, just click your back button, make the changes
and click the "view" button again.
Once you are satisfied with your order, fill in your credit card
information and click
"Submit Order for Payment" and the real stuff starts to happen.
The
information about your order (less the credit card data) will be
stored on our secure server and we will make a SSL
encrypted connection with VeriSign, charging your credit card
for the order amount. As soon as we get a response (usually in less
than ten seconds),
your card number is removed from our records
and is replaced by a
transaction number. Within seconds, you will receive back a confirmation
page thanking you for the order.
The final event will be receiving an email receipt from us. It will
confirm the order, the shipping address and will give you all the
information you need to track the order. If you don't
receive one, there's a problem and you should give us a
call or an email right away. If you receive the email and your order is what you
wanted, you can rest assured all is well.
That's all there is to it. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
